Gregor Taraszow leads the Portfolio Management department as CIO since April 2023 and is responsible for the constant development and improvement of our in-house investment strategies. As such, he is the chair of our Investment Committee and is responsible for market and financial analyses as well as investment ideas.
He completed his studies (Majors in Finance and Operations Research) at the University of Mannheim. During his studies he spent semesters abroad at the HEC Montréal and SGH Warsaw. As a graduate in business administration with over 10 years of relevant banking and investment experience, Gregor Taraszow complements the Tareno team perfectly. In addition to his professional positions as Senior Portfolio Manager at the Swiss Bantleon Bank AG and the German Union Investment, he is a CFA Charterholder and holds the Certificate in ESG Investments. Fluent in German, English and French, he is a multilingual contact with excellent market knowledge.
In his free time, he enjoys sports.
