Moritz Pracht

Moritz Pracht has been Operations Manager at Tareno AG since 2026. His focus is on the further development and optimization of operational processes and supporting digital transformation in wealth management. He has several years of experience at the interface of finance, technology, and process optimization. In previous positions, he worked in the alternative investments division at Roche and as a product owner at Endress + Hauser, where he was responsible for digital solutions, automation initiatives, and efficiency projects. Moritz Pracht holds a master’s degree in finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

In his free time, he enjoys tennis, art, and political and economic issues.
