Moritz Pracht

Moritz Pracht has been Opera­tions Manager at Tareno AG since 2026. His focus is on the further develo­p­ment and optimization of opera­tional processes and supporting digital trans­for­ma­tion in wealth manage­ment. He has several years of experi­ence at the inter­face of finance, techno­logy, and process optimization. In previous positions, he worked in the alter­na­tive invest­ments division at Roche and as a product owner at Endress + Hauser, where he was respon­sible for digital solutions, automa­tion initia­tives, and effici­ency projects. Moritz Pracht holds a master’s degree in finance from the Frank­furt School of Finance & Manage­ment.

In his free time, he enjoys tennis, art, and political and economic issues.
