New Fund Struc­ture for the Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund

Effec­tive June 25, 2026, the manage­ment company for the Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund will transi­tion from Vontobel to Axxion S.A. As part of this change, the fund will now be managed under its own fund struc­ture, TIS Sicav. With this new struc­ture, Tareno is streng­thening its indepen­dence and creating additional flexi­bi­lity for the fund’s future develo­p­ment. This will not result in any changes for existing investors.

Greater Indepen­dence Through TIS Sicav

Effec­tive June 25, 2026, the manage­ment company of the Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund will change from Vontobel to Axxion S.A. As a result, the fund will be managed under its own fund struc­ture, TIS Sicav. The full name of the fund will hence­forth be TIS Sicav – Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund.

For investors, it’s business as usual

This change will not affect investors in any way. The invest­ment strategy, portfolio manage­ment, and the fund’s focus will remain unchanged.

With our own fund struc­ture, we gain additional indepen­dence and will be able to tailor the fund’s struc­ture even more precisely to the needs of our investors in the future.

Fund manager of the Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund

Stefan Schütz is Head of Equity Research at Tareno AG and has been fund manager of the Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund since 2021. He has been part of the invest­ment team since 2007, shortly after the launch of the fund. Stefan Schütz has over 20 years of experi­ence in equity research and asset manage­ment.

Katja Von Krannich­feldt has been fund manager of the Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund since 2023. She has been part of the invest­ment team since 2017 and is respon­sible for imple­men­ting the fund’s sustaina­bi­lity strategy as an ESG analyst.
