New Fund Structure for the Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund

Effective June 25, 2026, the management company for the Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund will transition from Vontobel to Axxion S.A. As part of this change, the fund will now be managed under its own fund structure, TIS Sicav. With this new structure, Tareno is strengthening its independence and creating additional flexibility for the fund’s future development. This will not result in any changes for existing investors.

Greater Independence Through TIS Sicav

Effective June 25, 2026, the management company of the Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund will change from Vontobel to Axxion S.A. As a result, the fund will be managed under its own fund structure, TIS Sicav. The full name of the fund will henceforth be TIS Sicav – Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund.

For investors, it’s business as usual

This change will not affect investors in any way. The investment strategy, portfolio management, and the fund’s focus will remain unchanged.

With our own fund structure, we gain additional independence and will be able to tailor the fund’s structure even more precisely to the needs of our investors in the future.

Fund manager of the Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund

Stefan Schütz is Head of Equity Research at Tareno AG and has been fund manager of the Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund since 2021. He has been part of the investment team since 2007, shortly after the launch of the fund. Stefan Schütz has over 20 years of experience in equity research and asset management.

Katja Von Krannichfeldt has been fund manager of the Tareno Global Water Solutions Fund since 2023. She has been part of the investment team since 2017 and is responsible for implementing the fund’s sustainability strategy as an ESG analyst.
