In February 2024 Simon Lutz joined Tareno as Chief Investment Officer. Prior to that, he managed the investment strategy of the private bank Baumann & Cie as a portfolio and fund manager for five years. From 2006, he gained further experience as an investment advisor and portfolio manager in Basel, Zurich and London at the asset managers UBS, Morgan Stanley and Bank am Bellevue. Simon Lutz is a CFA® Charterholder and holds a degree in business economics thanks to continuous professional development.
In addition to work and family time, the father of two is aiming for the Swiss championship title with his basketball team and likes to torture himself over mountain passes on his racing bike.
The father of three boys is a member of the current Swiss “Korbball” champion team and occasionally rides his racing bike to work.
